How to recover missing iCloud Notes after iOS 26.1 update?

my iCloud Notes disappeared 3 days after I updated my iPhone to iOS 26.1. I already checked iCloud.com, Recently Deleted, and all my folders (iCloud, On My iPhone, Gmail), but the notes are gone, i wanted to know if there’s any way to restore them back because these notes are important
