Apple Watch Activity app not opening, shows grey
My Activity app on Apple Watch is not working. It doesn’t even open too. The logo shows a grey circle only and not the usual Activity logo.

Did the Activity App work before the watchOS 26 upgrade?
Any restrictions set up?
Can you access the Fitness App on your iPhone?
On your iPhone in Settings/Privacy & Security/Motion & Fitness/ ->Fitness Tracking is enabled?
