Apple Music sync error after OS reinstall

Hello! Please help me I reinstalled the operating system and the old playlists remained there.
 Now, with the new operating system, apple music tries to synchronize, but an error appears: 
"An erro occurred".
 I tried logging out and logging back into my account, deleting the old music library, 
but it still says an error
