Unauthorized charges on my mother’s card


Hello,


Unauthorized charges have been made on my mother’s card from APPLE.COM/BILL.

She does not have an iPhone or an Apple ID.

These purchases were made by fraudsters. We request to cancel and refund these payments.

Reporting fraudulent charges is always done with the bank of the card being charged. They are the one's that approved the charges and are responsible for returning the money for any charges that are fraudulent . They will also want to close that account and issue you a new card to prevent a scammer that has your account number from making other fraudulent charges.
