Duplicated incoming emails on Sequoia 15.6.1

I really hope someone can help. I&#39;ve looked through all the related comments and tried everything. This is about my incoming emails duplicated. Driving me nuts. Running Sequoia 15.16.1

All I can suggest since you didn't list everything you have tried is to remove the account and re-add it to Mail and see if it eliminates the problem.
