My Apple Watch’s paint peeling on its own

I have an Apple Watch series 10 that I bought from USA, and ever since I bought it the paint has been chipping off on its own little by little. It has been 8 months, so it’s still under warranty. I live in Bangladesh right now, can I take it to the Apple authorized store here and have it repaired or replaced?
