Missing credit toward this month’s award

My gf has been working on getting this month’s metal. Her requirement this month is getting the Move circle closed 15 days in a row. She has done 9 so far…but today her app has sent her back to 0/15 and she’s heartbroken. We tried restarting her phone, but it still says 0. Any way to fix this?
