AirPods Pro 3 Sound Problem

For the past three pairs of AirPods that I have had, all three have come across a sound error thus forcing me to purchase new ones. I currently have the AirPods Pro 3s, and I want to find an answer to this question rather purchase or find another headphone company to buy from. The three AirPods have had the same issue, the same faulty sound it makes when breaking. It sounds like it's flooded in water, or the other one is deafly quiet and there is nothing to do myself except sending them to Apple. But for the fact that this has happened to me three times consistently, I'm unsure of what to do. Can someone help or give me some tips?
