No verification codes after adding two security keys – can’t sign in to Apple Music on Android 15

Hi everyone,

After adding two security keys to my Apple ID for 2FA, I no longer receive verification codes on any of my trusted Apple devices connected to iCloud. Because of that, I can’t sign in to Apple Music on my Android 15 device – it keeps asking for verification, but no code ever arrives.

I also tried generating an app-specific password, but that doesn’t work either.

Has anyone experienced the same issue or found a workaround?

It seems like once hardware security keys are added, the system stops sending normal verification codes which basically locks me out of Apple Music on Android.
