Earlier today I shot around 30 video clips, but I can't find them in photos now.
I can see videos/picture shot yesterday or now now, but not I shot earlier today.
I didn't update my Iphone, there's more than 20GBs of storage in phone and I reboot my phone multiple times, I only got an icloud upgrade notification which I think isn't a problem.
Please help me to restore my videos.

You may be looking in the wrong place. Have you checked Recently Saved in Utilities? Have you looked through Videos in Media Types?
Be sure that, wherever you look, you are checking the sort menu.
You can sort by Date Captured or by Date Added, so you can look both around pictures taken about the same time, or pictures added about the same time.
Storage on you phone is separate from storage on iCloud. If you use iCloud Photos, then you need at least 10% free storage both places.

Well, drat! If by chance the phone did an iCloud update after you took the pictures, then you could look there. You can see the time of the last backup at
Settings>[name]>iCloud>iCloud backup

“Restore” is what you do when you buy a new phone, so this safety, if you have it set, requires you to erase everything on your phone and replace it with the backup.
I did checked recently saved and filtered by date added, captured and modified, but didn't found any video. I'm not using iCloud service.
