Unable to pair Apple Watch with new iPhone and account

Original Title: When my phone was stolen my account were blocked and my line disconnected but my watch not now I get a new phone number with different account but I can’t paired with my phone what can I do? Please give me some advice

If you have proof of purchase, as explained in this related article, you can contact the official Apple Support to ask, if they can disable the Activation Lock:
