My card randomly wasn’t accepted in the itunes store but i have been using the same card the whole time and now all of a sudden it says it’s not able to be used in the iTunes store when apple pay and everything still works it cancelled my subscription’s and everything

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
If yes and it did not help, you should contact Apple Support about that, only they can look into your personal settings to find the issue.
