Brand New Beats Studio Earbuds, right one not working

JUST received a pair of brand new Beats Studio Earbuds Noise Cancelling from Amazon, followed all the directions, fully charged, did 4 resets, but the right earbud is dead. Help.

  • So, what are these paired with? A Mac? iPhone? iPad? PC?
  • What is the operating system?


On an iPhone

A. Verify the Balance:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: General
  3. Tap: Accessibility
  4. Scroll Down: to Hearing
  5. Adjust: the audio volume balance


B. Clear Out Earwax:

C. Contact Beats:

If need be, download some drivers from the manufacturer's web site. Contact the manufacturer, and request assistance with setting this up, if a Bluetooth connection is not instantaneously achievable.
