AirPod Pro keeps switching between Transparency and Noise Cancellation every half second

Hi,

My right AirPod keeps rapidly switching between Transparency and Noise Cancellation modes — about twice per second. It makes them unusable. I get dizzy from having it in my ear.

I’ve already tried the usual troubleshooting steps: cleaning the microphones and sensors, resetting the AirPods, unpairing and repairing them, and updating to the latest firmware. Unfortunately, the issue persists only on the right AirPod.

Has anyone experienced the same problem or found a fix for it?
