iPad Air 2 not updating
i have an ipad air 2 which has not updated for a long time. Still on OS 15.8.5 but it never let me accept the new terms and conditions. please help as it is now not updating apps

An iPad Air 2 or iPad mini 4 isn't capable of 16 or above; they require an A9 or better CPU.
