Moving Emails from Junk Mail folder to Inbox

I'm on Sequoia 15.4.1 Using Apple Mail and am unable to move emails from Junk Mail folder to Inbox. I have tried several methods, including clicking on Not Junk Mail icon and selecting Move to Inbox. Emails disappear from Junk Mail folder but do not reappear in Inbox.
