Can’t find airpods after restarting them

my right airpod wouldn’t charge or connect to my devices so i restarted my airpods since it resolved this issue the last time it happened. however now i am unable to find them on bluetooth, they are on pairing mode & i have tried restarting my devices too but my airpods still wont appear on bluetooth. i have the airpods 4 anc
