Since updating to Tahoe Can't add music videos to Music playlists on Mac

I have multiple playlists of music videos and after updating to newest software I can no longer add music videos to the playlists or even to new playlists I create. I get error message 7,521 when I try to do so. Only two things work. 1.) I can add ONE music video to a new playlist if I right click a video and select add to playlist then select "new playlist". But once I've added the first music video to the new playlist I can't add anymore videos. 2.) I can drag music videos from other existing playlists to a different playlist. Just to clarify previously I could add videos by selecting "add to playlist" when right clicking on the video and then I could select any of my playlists to add the video to. I'm able to add music videos to my playlists fine through my Apple TV and iPhone but can't on Mac only which unfortunately is where I work on my music projects. I have tried signing in and out of Music, turning sync library on and off, restarting computer, making sure software is fully updated, etc. with no fix. Any help is appreciated.
