Unwanted links in contact search on iPhone

When searching for a contact in messaging,LINKS often pops up. They are links that other people have texted me. One link that always shows is to an obituary of a friend. Her face always shows. None of the links have ever been anything I have needed. In fact it always slows me down in getting to the person I want to text. Is there any way to disable this?
