Will WhatsApp backup on iCloud remain for 30 days after deletion?

Hey, I wanted to delete my whatsapp backup from icloud becaus the icloud+ was too expensive. So, before I restored it all to my new phone, I clicked on icloud to delete the backup of whatsapp thinking that they retain it for 30 days, and now the backup is not showing up. Shouldn't the backup last 30 days before it gets deleted off icloud or is it only for the photos?
