AirPods Pro 3 battery inbalance

Hi all. I recently bought myself a pair of AirPods Pro 3 and they have been amazing. But one thing I realized is that the battery level on the individual buds are very far apart. I could be using them for a hour and the left bud is at 72% and right 65% (no it didnt burn like 30% of the battery in one hour. Optimized battery charging capped the charge at 80%). My old pair of AirPods Pro 1 did not do this even after 4 years of using them. Has anyone else had this problem or is this a software glitch or perhaps something is wrong with my particular pair of AirPods Pro 3.

If my particular pair has something wrong how do I go about fixing them or replacing them. I live in Finland and there is no official Apple Stores only the resellers are here. Since its been under a year these still have warranty left.
