My Apple Account Profile keeps merging with my son's

My apple account profile (photo and name) keeps "syncing" with my son's photo and name. We DO NOT share an apple ID (seperate emails and logins) but he IS on my Family Sharing network. There are two other child phones on the Family Sharing and we never have this issue. Any idea how to fix or why this is happening?
