AirPods getting whistling sound
Dear Apple Support Team,
I recently purchased a pair of AirPods Pro 3 from Unicorn Store on 3rd November 2025. Since the day of purchase, I have been experiencing an unusual whistling sound from the AirPods whenever I wear them, especially when the Noise Cancellation mode is turned on.
I have already followed the troubleshooting steps and recommendations available on Apple’s official website, but the issue still persists. This kind of sound is quite unexpected from such a reputed and trustworthy Apple product.
Considering the premium cost of the AirPods, I am disappointed to encounter this issue and would like to ensure that the product is not defective. Could you please guide me on how to proceed for a replacement or repair, and confirm whether this could be an MFD (manufacturing defect) product from the store?
I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue.
