MacBook Pro (Intel 2019) with Sequoia 15.7.2 OS -- disabled SIP

Silent Knight App shows the following after an upgrade to Sequoia 15.7.2 OS

This is an unsupported configuration, likely to break in the future and leave your machine in an unknown state.

Apple Support was not concerned and did not address this question except to try Malware Bytes.

Malware Bytes scan does not raise any flags.

I tried "scrutil enable; reboot" per Silent Knight instructions

How can this be fixed?
