kids apple watch NOT accepting app store password / CANNOT install apps on kids apple watch
...and previous forum answers with similar issue (of not being able to install apps) did not solve it.
all restrictions are turned off. no screen time monitoring, no ask to buy, no parental controls. everything is off and STILL it will not download.
THREE ISSUES
1- I click an app to install on the watch, select "get", but then then the button disappears and it simply spins indefinitely, not giving me the option to double click or do anything else. killing the app doesn't change anything.
2- I click "get", it asks me to double-click the side button to download, it looks like it's working, but then a few seconds later it says cannot complete and to go to the app store on my phone under the child's watch settings. therein lies another issue (which I assume has to be the crux of it)....
3- in the watch app on my phone, under her name and settings, next to "app store" has a red bubble notification asking for her password, I click through, we enter it (correctly), it seems to accept, but then puts me right back to the main watch screen under her name with the little red bubble still showing. it never resolves. nothing I've searched has affected any change. please help!
