I need to connect new iPhone with old watches

Hello- my name is Elina

I had had iPhone 13 Pro and it was connected to Apple Watch

Then because of trips from homeland to another country (for university) I changed numbers and finally lost numbers connected to my apple account and to email that was connected to icloude

then I sold 13pro and this summer bought 16pro with new iCloud and everything new.

But now I can not connect old apple watch with new iPhone.

I have the box of the apple watch, I have check from the apple official shop that I bought it.

I would be very grateful if you could help me.

Sorry, but you are not talking to Apple here, we are all users, just like you, and we can not access your personal dat and settings.

You will have to contact the official Apple Support, as described in this article:

If you have proof of purchase or ownership, as explained in this related article, the official Apple Support can disable the Activation Lock:

We can not review your account.

You need to contact Apple support directly.

In some countries, support is provided by the authorized carriers instead of Apple.
