Past activities from Apple Watch

I'm a bit lost here...Is there a way to access past activities (older than a year) tracked with the Apple Watch??? I can find them... :(

Thanks.

You can open the Fitness App on your paired iPhone, tap on Summary, then on Activity Rings.

This will open your Activities for Today. Tap on the little calendar icon in the right above corner to view the whole month. Then you can scroll back month by month. To see the workout stats for a certain day, tap on the date.

I can still see my data from 2019, when I switched from Garmin to my first Apple Watch.
