I need to visit my iCloud backup from approximately 5 days ago because i deleted a password i didn't know was important. How can i upload the old backup to a phone or Mac/pc to see that password?

The information in an iOS backup can not be extracted.
So, if you can find an iCloud backup from this time, you will have to restore all data.
But, iCloud will only store one current backup, a new backup will overwrite the old one.
