I just upgraded to Sequoia 15.7.1 on my MacBookPro M4 (Nov 2024), and my menu bar has disappeared. If I run my mouse all the way to the top of the screen, the drop-down menus still appear, but the bar with the top-level menu names is not visible. It was working fine before the update. sigh. - Jim

In System Settings > Control Center, check the value of “Automatically hide and show the menu bar”. If it seems correct, choose another value, restart your Mac and set the correct value again.
