Stand goal changing on its own

For the last couple months my stand goal for Wednesday and Sunday changes on its own. It is set for 12 on Wednesdays and 9 on Sundays on my watch and phone. However when that day comes the goal changes itself to 6 stand hours. I have no idea how or why this is happening or how to fix it.
