understand there is no way to keep the auto-end reminder active while disabling only the contact-sharing prompt in the Apple Watch workout app. I do not like this new notify Prompt feature. Should be a separate toggle

There are separate toggles for the End Workout and Check In Reminders. If you go to Settings on the Watch > Workout > You can turn off the Check In Reminders feature. Below that is the End Workout reminder.

I know, but you can't toggle off Check In Reminders but keep End Workout *Reminders*. They are both part of the notify feature.
