Cannot upload photos to Google Photos Pixieset

I can't tell what you're doing.. What kind of computer? Is it a Mac? Do you use Mac Photos? What format of pictures?

What is "it?" How do you do this uploading? Do you use a browser, like Safari? Are the pictures uploaded from Finder or from Photos?

I get an error message.

What would that be?

I signed onto Google Photos on my friend's computer and didn't have this issue.

What sort of computer? And all those questions above.

This seems like it might indicate that there is something going on with your "computer," but there's not much information here, even to ask relevant questions. Does the "computer" have more than 10% of its storage free?
