This is an old device that hasn’t been turned on in a while. When I place it on the charger, the green indicator light appears on the screen. The charge level doesn’t appear to go up after being on the charger for over 30 minutes. I am unable to power it on or perform a hard reset.
If the battery has not been replaced in the past, and the watch also hasn't been used for a longer time, the battery is probably damaged.
You will have to get the battery replaced by Apple, if you want to keep on using your watch:
