Can't open migrated files

I have just run the Migration assistant to transfer files from my old Windows PC to my new Mini Mac. The migration seemed to work OK with the exception of a few files which was expected.

The problem I have is that I can't open the transferred files on my Mac as I'm getting a message to say I don't have the permission. I can see the main folders but that's as much as I can see. I'm sure there is a simple solution - I just need help to find it
