Unresponsive Game Center Settings in iCloud Freezes.

Unresponsive Game Center Settings Causing Settings App Crashes and Freezes
Greetings Apple Community,
I'm reaching out for help troubleshooting a persistent issue I'm having with the Game Center feature on my Apple device. When I attempt to turn off the iCloud sync for Game Center within the Settings app, the entire Settings app crashes and becomes completely unresponsive. In these cases, I'm unable to navigate, scroll, or even close the Settings app window using the standard methods.
The only way I can get the Settings app to close is by using the three-dot menu at the top of the window. However, even after I'm able to close the Settings app this way, when I reopen it, the app displays a blank, half-sized window for 10-15 seconds before the full user interface finally appears.
I've tried the standard troubleshooting steps, including resetting, erasing, and reinstalling the device, as well as setting it up without an Apple ID. Unfortunately, the Game Center-related crashes and freezes of the Settings app persist, and I'm unsure of the root cause.
Any insights or suggestions the community can provide would be greatly appreciated.
