Understanding null UUID and session seeds in xartutil on M3 Mac

I was exploring xartutil on my M3 Mac, and when using -list I see a actually unique uuid with 4 session seeds, and a completely null uuid (UUID: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 ; Session seeds: 8) in entry 1, I'm not gonna be stupid and delete all of my SEP encryption keys, I'm just wondering what these mean

if you want to see its manual use sudo xartutil -help

My operating system is macOS 26
