Apple Watch 10 Burning my wrist

Hi, just wondered if anyone got anywhere when contacting support with reference to the wrist burns?

I have used my previous watch for years without any issues but since getting the 10 I have burns that appear on my wrist and have to swap wrists or not wear it for days.

I have noticed this is not an isolated incident.

I am now in the process of following their guidance before seeking a medical assessment.

When the burns appear they have definitive dots where the sensors are.
