App Mail on iPad not showing emails

Hi everyone!

I've been having this issue for about 5 months now. I own a MacBook Air 13 (late 2017), a mini iPad (5th generation - the one I'm having problems with) and an iPhone Pro15.

I've been using the app Mail on all of them and I have never experienced such a thing.

I have multiple accounts on all of them, working perfectly all the time (iCloud, Outlook, Gmail and on the iPad I have also installed a third party account).

Since May I've noticed that I don't receive any mails, unless the ones from the third party account. On the laptop and the phone I get them all the time, but somehow on the iPad, I don't. Sometimes I will find them when already downloaded on the phone, but not always.

I've already deleted the app and re-installed it, but nothing has changed. I'm running iOS 18.6.2

Do you have any idea?

One thing you can try if you haven't in the past.

Remove and Re-add the Account

Go to Apps >Mail>Mail Accounts. (Select the Account That Want To Remove)>Delete Account

Go Back to Mail Accounts. Close to the Bottom of the Column you Should Find "Add Account"

Type in your Email Address or touch "Choose From List" A window will appear similar to this.

Choose the email domain from the list. For Yahoo us the "Add Other Account" option.

Add your information that is requested. For this example I am using Gmail. A window similar to this should appear. I use the "Use Passkey"option at the bottom.

Follow the Screen and check off what you want and in a few seconds you email should appear in Mail Accounts. The Default will be "Gmail" Tap on it to change the Name to what you want.

It worked on my iPad and I haven't added a email address since updating to 26.0.1
