Confusing 'order change confirmation' email for iPhone 17 Pro Max

I ordered two 17 models as seen in the image.The 17pro max is still under processing,nevertheless I received an "order change confirmation" email yesterday. I'm currently confused to what meant as nothing had changed on my end. Anyone experience this
