I used to back up my iPhone every two or three months to my computer. Now it is not possible, probably because I switched from Win10 to Win11? I have the iTunes app on my desktop, but the app won't open.
I do not want to delete the app and reinstall it because of the iPhone backup I already did previously to iTunes.

Thank you for your reply, but unfortunately, all these standard instructions do not solve the problem even when I open iTunes and try to backup, it just does not back up. I authorize my iPhone, and all seems to work, but the backup does not work, not the iCloud backup nor the computer backup. Any advice?
