iTunes Library (Damaged) - is there a fix? (Windows 11)

Hi wonderful smart people!

I'm having a bit of an issue.

I opened my iTunes today to find all my library was gone, minus the few tracks i had purchased through the apple store.

After doing some digging I found that my library was "damaged" hence why it didn't load up.

Weirdly enough, I have been able to open my iTunes with the damaged library in use. but is there a way to resolve this?

It makes me nervous having a "damaged" iTunes library.

Some key info that may be helpful....

I'm running iTunes version 12.13.9.1

OS, Windows 11

Below is a screenshot of my iTunes folder in the music directory

("LibraryBackup27Oct25" is an XML file I created today when trying to get to the bottom of the issue)

Any help would be MASSIVELY appreciated!
