How to restore default Apple Mail task bar settings?

My Apple Mail task bar has evolved to an abbreviated version of the default, including no "send" option and I'd like to restore the default settings. Appreciate help, please.

Click on View and towards the bottom you should see "Customize Toolbar". The defaults are hi-lighted in white. The rest are you choice to drag to the Task Bar.
