Cannot Delete Bank Account error message title

(iPhone 12mini with IOS 18.7.2) Added new Bank information successfully and attempted to delete old Bank information but received error “Cannot Delete Bank Account”.

Do I have to delete AutoPay in under to successfully delete old Bank information and have AutoPay use new banking information?
