My contact in my friends iPhone phone shows another friend of mine instead

I cleaned out some conversations in my messages today to clear up some space. I had to delete the conversation which deleted them as my favorites (pinned). When I reinstated the conversation so I could repin them as my favorites two of the pinned people said that when I send a text to them it shows as a third person I also repinned. When they go to their contacts to look for my contact is shows as this third person. So when they call me it says they are calling this third person.
