Please help, my phone was hacked by a person using Icloud. Under the pretext of helping a girl find her phone, I logged in to her Icloud, and the fraudster changed the password. Now I can't log out of this account.

No hack was involved. You logged into your device with someone else's account, so now it appears they are the owner of your device. That cannot be done remotely to hack your device, it can only be done by you where you would first have to enter your Apple Account password to remove your account from the phone.
You have a chance of removing their account from your phone, but you will need to provide proof of ownership of the phone, which usually means the original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller. Follow the steps here to submit the documentation and note that your device will be wiped and it will not be possible to do if they put your device in Lost Mode.
You weren't hacked. You willingly gave your ID and password to someone you didn't know, who then immediately locked you out of your own account.
Getting control of your account now is going to be just short of impossible. They will ask for a ransom to give you the new password. DO NOT PAY IT! You have absolutely no way of knowing if they will give it to you, intentionally give you a password that doesn't work, or ask for more money.
