New iPad A16 not syncing MS Outlook Calendar while using iTunes

I have no problems syncing my iPad Pro, iPhone 14 using iTunes.

Tried syncing the new iPad A16 the same way and nothing happens, In Outlook app settings the "Default Email App is set to 'Mail" same as other devices. After sync is complete all that I see on the iPad A16 is preset calendar events holidays etc.
