I am having difficulty finding a case for my having trouble getting a case for IPHONE 13 Model # MLML3LL/A
Most cases say 6.1 but mine measures closer to 5.75

The actual dimensions of the iPhone 13 (MLML3LL/A) is 5.78 x 2.82 x 0.30 inches. However, Apple defines the phone's screen size to be 6.1". This is a diagonal measurement across the face of the phone ... so, any phone case designed for the iPhone 13, should work just fine.
