Issues with audio playback, sound has single channel output, then reclick the song a few seconds back and it plays both channels.

When listening to a song it sounds great with full spectrum then it either loses the right channel or the sound degrades badly. I can restore the sound to full spectrum / channels by clicking back a few seconds on the song where it continues with no issues. Anyone have a remedy for this issue?
