Beats Studio 3 update fails on iPhone 15

The Update just wont work for me on my device i have my iPhone 15 updated to the current IOS,

while leaving the Beats I just got for myself they wont stay connected long enough for the update to work properly.

I have tried to hard reset them so many times and still no luck in getting the latest version 2.4.4

They are currently stuck at Version 2.4.0
