Banners do not go away automatically

Recently, (without any update or new application installation or without any change in any settings, i.e., the OS did it on its own), the notification or control central panel pop-ups do not disappear automatically.

One of the most persistent case is for volume change when the Mac is connected to a bluetooth speaker.

Issue: The notification/alert/settings change pop-ups do not disappear automatically. Also, there is no close button for settings change pop-ups. I have to open the control center and then close it again to make them disappear.

Steps to replicate: (Take the case for volume change on bluetooth speaker)

  1. Change volume
  2. The volume change pop-up will appear near the control center / date time section on the menu bar.
  3. It won't go away automatically and there is no close button also.

Expected Outcome: The pop-up should disappear after 1-2 seconds.

This "Stone 362 Pro" volume change pop-up won't go at all, no matter what I do or how much I wait. It only goes away is if I open some or other control center options (can be any one of them, say battery, focus, music, date time, anything, but this has to be done manually and using mouse, which is a huge hindrance.)

Also this creates issue when I am in a business call with my screen shared and the pop-up just won't go away unless I interact with the control center.

What happened here and how to solve this bug?

Haven't attached a screenshot, but the notification pop-ups from the apps or from the phone also do not close automatically, even when it is mentioned in the settings that banners disappear automatically after a while. They mandatorily require me to click on the (x) button on the pop-up, again, only possible using the pointer.

Also, this happens for internal speakers as well. I took example of Bluetooth speaker in my question, but I think that may push people off the original bug which is pop-ups not going away. So here's another example, where I am simply changing the MacBook speaker volume, no hidden app or no external connections. And still the banner doesn't go away.

It stays on top of every screen, every space, even on top of full screen windows or apps. This is very annoying. What is causing these? Is this a bug or can a setting fix this?

Note: All screenshots were taken after changing the volume, so these banners stayed for over 5 minutes or so, till I manually clicked on the control center.
